Well, work at Target got so frustrating and stupid that I just had to stop going... Almost 3 years at Target down the frakking drain. Whatever. I'm not that bothered by it, just glad to out of there...
New goals:
-Get a part time job to pay the bills, etc.
-Try to get Undead Design Company, Inc. up and running
This isn't gonna be easy but it is what I want to do with my life. Considering how things have been going for me this is quite a breakthrough. At least now I feel like my life might have a purpose. I also realized that when it comes to art I'm really rusty as hell. I haven't been able to keep up with things working a full-time early-morning shift. My computer is a few years old (an HP Slimline still running Vista). My pen tablet is busted and I don't have PhotoShop anymore... Guess what? All that stuff costs money. An eff-ton of money. Of which I have none.
My last paycheck will be a decent size but I'll need to save that for bills.
Though the future looks a little shitty, I'm more optimistic now than I was working full-time at Target.
And please, don't get me wrong, Target is a great place to shop and it was a great place to work. The new "managers" that came in over the past year have frakked the place up and couldn't stand to work for them anymore. I can barely stand morons in everyday life, but to work for them 40 hrs a week was killing me...
That's enough ranting... I've got a lot of work to do!!!
