Why is it that whenever I saw any coverage of the elections at the Vatican I couldn't help but put it into context by picturing a Survivor-like competition for the Papacy. I'm not religious but I mean really... how accurate is this depiction. You have all these cardinals in their bright red robes and little booties standing with one foot on a raised pole and one hand on the bible in the middle and the last one to keep his hand on the bible wins!!!! Really, if that isn't the way they do it then why not. I'm all about the Survivor: Vatican pitch. Outwit, Outlast, Outpray. Sounds pretty solid to me. All the coverage bothers me a bit actually. There are 1.1 - 1.2 billion catholics in the word... it's not the number one religion by a long shot but it's defiantely getting more media coverage than any other religion I can remember. Why the bias? I know this site is more about boobies than boobs so I'll move off this topic but needed to get that silly vision out of my head. second, the roommate has some bad karma coming. recenlty we had no DSL service, it was broken. roommate got it fixed. charged my other roommate and i 15 bucks a piece. i was on the phone with Verizon today and they said there was no charge made b/c nothing was broken. she was late on payment!!!!!!
