i have returned to the land of the calm, pleased, and generally happy-go-lucky.
an entirely unproductive day can be beautiful, and quite honestly, it was. i was able to talk with friends and make plans to go to the casino, get food that i will actually eat (avocadoes on sale! my life is complete; a joyous occasion, indeed), wash the scent of smoke and liquor off my camping clothes, and print out a single page of an assignment due for tomorrow.
a title page, actually. so it doesn't even count as work.
i must find a job this coming week. and buy an airport card for my darling... laptop. (it's highly unlikely that they'll happen in that particular order.)
it's funny how i've grown used to being cold. i defy temperature.
the only thing i would like right now (beyond what i already have, of course) is a pineapple.
