1/2 ounce unsweetened baker's chocolate
couple dashes of tapatio sauce for a kick
unsalted roasted peanuts
and...sugar or sugar substitute to your taste (tomellow it out, actually i just like it sweet)
and i almost always would rather use beef steak than anything else.

was thinking about my mom yesterday when i was listening to Jimi Hendrix's "Angel". She died in '99, my dad in 2001. I was in the middle of restoring a photo of her and my father on their honeymoon in chinatown in San Francisco. That picture is so cool. It was really hard to contain myself when that song came on though.
