so, two weekends ago i drove out to cleveland with my bassist mr. smooth to record some triple deuce tracks. we hooked up with old friend dave, a kickass drummer formerly of the GC5 and currently rocking out in motel blonde and the whiskey hounds. ryan foltz engineered our one-day kamikaze recording session and he rocked. dave stepped up and dropped it like it was hot. we left with drum, bass, and rythm gtr tracks and we will do vox and additional gtrs back here in jersey, then head back to cleveland for finishing it all up after the holidays.
to say i am excited would be an extreme under-statement. it kicked ass to jam with dave, the three of us played together way back when on tours with the hudson falcons. it was good to rock with him again.

i miss ohio.
i was shocked at the price of real estate in cleveland, and am seriously considering real estate there.
