I just had a thought.
I earn 30,000 as a developer in London. I work for a financial organisation. I can't get paid any more money as a developer. I'd have to be a team leader or something. And that'd mean coming in around 8am every day, staying late, working weekends... Basically tearing my hair out to make the absolute most money for someone else.
So I'm pretty much at the top of my career. From here on out, I either get busy making money for someone else, or making money for me. Heck I always hoped one day my company would make me my millions. And now I even have a sensible if not cautious business plan to make some significant funds.
But what I didn't realise is that the next 12 months are pretty much my time of choice. Slaving for the man for the rest of my life, or set myself free. I know which outcome I'm gunning for.
