Late to work today since volume was on Zero. But my boss didnt mention it, I have knocking shit out at work so she probably cut me some slack. But still felt like an asshole, gettting there after my peeps arrived. Anyway I will answer to the coconut monkey for my punishment.
Had an issue at work wear some paperwork related to maintaining the gear around work was not getting done. My guys didnt get looked at but there is a decision which will affect everyone at work. Making my 2nd officially head of their jobs and make them assistants to him. So if you had a regional manager and four store managers. The regional is now also the store manager for 4 stores and he has 4 assistants who are actually the managers. Doesnt make much sense. And is a slap in the face to the guys that bust their ass in their jobs.
Hopefully I can circumvent this fucking TPS Report drill. Fucking knee jerk at its best.
