This weekend has been so long. I worked all weekend and finally have this day to catch up on things. I feel like I disappear and miss out on some things while working, but I have to stay on my grind! 💪🏽 Sometimes I hate that I work on the weekends, but that's where the money is to be honest.
I hope everyone's weekend was good! Mine definitely was, I'm just exhausted haha going to relax today. Probably workout & do a fee errands, but my main goal is to pierce my nipples! Let's see how it goes 😜

I can relate to that feeling of disappearing into my occupation, my employment... my job. It seems like any so called trade, or gig, no matter how much you may love it, or need it, can become an all consuming means unto itself, instead of a means to an end. It may seem obvious, but it is important to say that it is always a great thing to get a break from work, brief or at length, and reconnect with yourself, attending to errands and chores, life's simple pleasures, and being introspective about your life and its wellness and direction. As you say, stay on that grind.
