hey man. thanks for the shout out. just to clarify, that entry was from a postal service song. anyways, good luck with quitting man. it's an eternal struggle for me. not so much when i'm drinking and out on the town, more so when i'm sitting in fron tof the computer and i'm stressed, and cigs and i get the urge to smoke. that feeling never goes away.
