She looks me in the eye and says "It hasn't worked in awhile anyway.lets just call it quits?!"
I'm standing there like I been hit by a truck! My heart stops beating for a minute! My mind races for answers? To the question in my head?! How do I get her to want me?
But a voice in the darkest part of my mind says"It's to late." I watch her walk away with those high heals echoing on that wood floor. Hair bouncing.i wait and hope for her to turn and look my way but it doesn't happen, she disappears into the nite.....there goes my life.
