I think I flirted today.
Its been a long time, but there was some definite witty banter between myself and the girl who works at my cigar shop. She stayed a few extra minutes in the big humidor talking about the weather.
My nerdiness caused me to cite the "Happy Days Phenomenon".
See, its been cold around here, and last week it was really warm. She said that we'll have snow soon. I said "don't say that. Its the Happy Days Phenomenon. Whenever you say 'at least things can't get any worse' they immediately do..."
we chatted for a few more minutes, then I nervously booked it out of there.
She's a really cute girl. I'd really like to ask her out, but I have no idea how to go about it.
Ugh. Anyway, I'm starting to drink straight scotch. I've weaned myself off of Jack and coke. Now its just scotch on the rocks with a nice cigar.
I'm going in for a job interview tomorrow. Hope things go well.
Man, these blogs are so much more interesting when I'm planning them.
