Sorry I haven't posted a blog in awhile. School let out a couple weeks ago but I have ended up back at work. I hate work so much but I need the money to survive. I wish I didn't make so much sometimes so I could just quit and find a job I actually like for the summer. $11.65 an hour for a part time summer job is just to good of money here in ohio to quit especially since I've been doing it for 12 and a half years and get to keep going on school leave. considering anything else i could get just for the summer is like $7.15 an hour.
I've been trying to practice my Japanese as often as possible and am lucky to have a couple people willing to at least type back and forth with me. .although isn't on this site. I just love the language and can't wait to become fluent in it.
I had 2 A's one in Human Sexuality and one in Advanced Genetics Lab. 3B+'s one in Japanese202, Molecular Biology, and Organic Chemistry. And a B in organic Chemistry Lab. It was a 3.48 gpa for the semester which sucked because it lowered my overall gpa lol. Oh well I think I did pretty damn good considering the courses I was taking.
Still no girlfriend. I hope to rectify that in some way this summer but we will see. May be hard if I get a second job especially with taking statistics this summer.
I'm looking forward to the fall this year. I'm doing an independent study this fall to help a professor with his research which will be good for applying for grad school as well. I need to start contacting professors and getting my name out there for applying for grad school as well. On top of the independent study I'm taking Japanese 301 and a literature course in Japanese. I'm also taking physics and weight lifting and Animal Physiology that class will be fun as well.
