So I got an award at school today for leadership and excellence. I think thats really cool and makes me really happy. The person that nominated me for it also knew that I'm trans and is encouraging me about putting myself out there. She is so awesome. This is my thank you to Mandy.
I thought I would put some good news up here for all you all that are having hard times to know that life can get down but it always rebounds with some positives. So all of you please hang in there. 3 or 4 years ago I hated life and wanted to die. I was confused and lost as a human being. I refused to deal with my transgender issues. Now I'm a 3.78 gpa award winning student with a good shot at 4.0 gpa this semester. I'm also close to finishing a degree in zoology and then on to more schooling so I can become a respectable member of society to prove to everyone that Transgenders, are people worthy of being treated with dignity and respect. Life can be hard and emotionally draining at times but I promise you that it will work out in the end so please all of you stay positive and work towards making your life what you want to make it.

of course you/they are.....youre a human being...not an alien or a monster....your life is just as important as everybody elses. and im so happy that you have turned it around and you dont feel in that low place anymore.....i know whats its like to want to die.....its the hardest place to be in. but you came out of it and now you are beginning to live the life you always should have.... go girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
