So All was going well...the summer was creeping in, work was getting busier, and weddings galore coming up (ugh. the expense!!) and then---
God hates the Philadelphia region, or something to that effect. Work is closed for 2 days because of the rising Delaware, and when we re-open, the State of New Jersey closed. Yes, the state closed. Big battle of politicos means 45,000 people not working--and there goes the lunch crowd. But there were two things positive that came out of this. 1. NOT putting unnecessary mileage on the car, and 2. laughing at the extremely well-off on the news, standing in front of their million dollar waterfront homes, asking "why does this keep happening to me?" while standing in front of her Hummer 2 and her Ford Excursion.
Maybe God isn't all that mad, She just likes a good laugh. I'll forgive her.
