Well, I played a little bit of something, that was SUPPOSED to be golf last night during my men's golf league, but whatever it was that I was play could not truly be termed golf... I suspect it was the universe telling me that I should find a new hobby... Maybe knitting or something....
Sunday I got over the mood slump I whinned about here on saturday, but it was just in time for me to have half a filling pop out as I was brushing and flossing my teeth to get ready to head over to my dad's for lunch to celebrate father's day... It doesn't hurt too much, but it is rather distracting... My dentist didn't have any time slots available until this morning, so I have to duck down to his office to get it fixed right before lunch... What a great way to spoil an appetite..
Oh well... I need to lose a couple inches off the middle anyways...
I'm getting kinda pumped about the SGCanada East Canada Day Picnic coming up on July 01 in Toronto... I'm looking forward to seeing some of the crew from Lucy's birthday party again, and unless plans change, I will get to hang out with my new kinda/sorta buddy glamour since she is currently planning on coming for it.
So I was stirring one of several 'pots' at work again yesterday... I emailed the division director to remind him that nothing seems to be happening, even though 5 weeks ago he asked me to give them a few weeks to summarize all the good info that came out of a 2 day traiing course they sent us all on... He replied that they were working on it, but that he had bee out of the office on vacation for some of that time... I told him I was not quite sure what that has to do with anything, since the division really should be able to function and move forard on stuff like that even without him there to babysit the process... But then again, I like to stir things up a bit..

I was considering going to the Canada Day picnic too, but sadly, I don't think I can make it there. I think I have to work the day after. Oh well.... Next gathering though? I'm there.
