Just got back from a six hour drive from Vegas--it's 4am Sunday morning. Couldn't leave till I got to see Penn and Teller shoot each other in the head, and catch the bullets with their teeth. Definitely worth the price of admission.

Large sums of money were spent on booze, gambling, shows and lap dances. The gambling was a complete waste, but the lap dances made up for every penny. I've been pawed by strippers around the world, but only Vegas professionals truly know how to satisfy...

New Years was spent in the Mandalay House of Blues with Alanis Morrissette, who rocked more than I expected. Then much partiness and dancing afterwards. Then the long trudge back to the Stratosphere way on the other end of the Vegas strip, because the wall of cops combined with the massive numbers of people shut down all useful transportation till around 4am. My feet are still sore, and I think I pulled something in my knee. Not to mention the sniffles I'm coming down with. Again, all very worth it...
