So unravled says I should join Suicide Girls. I say porn should be free, like butterflies and naked lunches. unravled takes a quick poll, and says that in SG I can "Voyeur the minds, lives and bodies of the internet's finest," a quote from Ivy. I envy her intriguing resources, and notice that Ivy is cute. So I agree, but drag my feet, saying I need a digital camera to take pictures of myself in sexy poses first. I want my SG profile to rock. unravled says just use your pirate picture, it'll be in time for Talk Like a Pirate Day. I ignore her advice, and await my birthday in order to justify the camera purchase. Big mistake, because my landlord decides to kick me and my roomates out of our house in order to sell it. So we find a new place, but my birthday is a big bust spent house searching, and all extra funds are now committed to deposits. So unravled burns away my birthday blues with a most gracious birthday gift of a 3 month membership to SG. So now I'm here, and I've about got my profile tweaked to my current whimsical satisfaction. I'm forced to use my pirate picture though, even though it's admittedly a few years out of date (I haven't been enlisted in naval piracy since '99, after all). But it's my most recent digital photograph, since I can be a bit camera shy. So now unravled says so how about a new journal? Huh? You need to get out on the boards and start posting!! Make new friends!! And I'm like "what, you want me to write something new every single day?" I am a writer in fact, but I've had writer's block for fifteen years now. I think that's similar to saying "burnt out old hack." With a few minor exceptions like my last posted poem, of course. But I know unravled will say "Yes, of course!! You must post every day!!" Continuing her trend of starting sentences with the letter "Y". She's dragged me kicking and screaming into SG life, and you want to know what I think about it?
