The girl I've been dating hasn't called in awhile and the last time I talked to her she said she had spent the night at an ex-boyfriends place and thought she might still have feelings for him... Good riddance, I've too little time for drama...

SO it turns out that it's expensive to buy a house.... I've been looking around and finally find one I want to move on and turns out I'm going to need about 5000 more than I have saved up.

Is there a possibility to talk to another person who does the same job? The first place I had my parents organized the morgage for me. The second place I bought it was in a partnership and they did the $$ thing again. When I bought the place call home now, I paid for the thing in full with a cheque and did massive renovations with my father's company.

Tell me more about the house. # of bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom design stuff, yard? Carpeted or hardwood?

The Austin Burlesque show kicked serious ass, period. I had a chance to BS with and meet a couple of the ladies performing in the show... It was also fun to watch drunk guys getting shot down after begging for who knows what from the girls. Second year in a row I get a chance to see a person get form tackled by the bouncers...

I say It's good to have a day off from work every once in awhile... even if the day off is filled with running errands and paying bills. And the fruits of labor will be had on thurs at 12 in the am courtesy of direct deposit....

Still looking for a house... driving from the far side of one county to the opposite side of another for work is starting to take a toll on my pocket book. I think I can handle a mortgage but don't want to over extend what monthly income I have. Maybe I can rent a room or two out..
