Man am I slacking!
It's been...several...days since I last updated. It's pretty much due to the fact that I have little to nothing to report.
Things at the paper are suprisingly upbeat all things considered. The staff thinks it sucks, but on the bright side, it's less work for them.
I seem to be coming down with a bit of a cold. My Adam's apple hurts. Other than that, I'm fine for now. With my luck, I'll be bed ridden this time tomorrow.
Today I went and had lunch with her. She just broke up with her boyfriend...sorta. The whole thing is she gave him an ultimatum and he's not making a decision. They've gone through three semi-breakups in the past month. Not a good sign. What is an even worse sign...she's 50 days late.
Yea...
Felt real great when she revealed that little bit of information.
Yet again, she comes running to me. Figures.
I'm a sucker.
On a happy note, thank you to all of you who were so kind to extend birthday wishes to me! Overall, my birthday sucked cause I didn't have a party and got stuck in the snow, but it is awesome that you all dropped a line! Mucho appreciated.
Update:
Tonight and tomorrow...me in Glens Falls NY for Adirondack vs. Danbury and then Port Huron. Not like anyone knows what that is.
Update 2:
Games up there went well. Decent crowds both nights. Met Barry Melrose.
Eagles lost. Yea, sucks. Oh well.
Once again the city gets behind something and failure results.
First it's Kerry, now the birds.
Kinda funny in a way.
