Thanksgiving break was way too short.
Thursday I got to eat a dinner at home. Just one plate though, I had to drive to Pittsburgh for the first leg of my trip to Detroit. Traffic was extremely light. Five hours.
Slept on a waterbed for the first time. Interesting experience.
Friday morning I drove out to Detroit. Made it in just a little over four hours. Not that bad of a trip either.
My two games Friday night were uneventful. Quite boring infact. First team lost by 12 goals. The second game was 6-5 in OT. Still a boring game.
Saturday I drove three hours to Youngstown, OH for a game. Again, an uneventful skate. Decided to drive all the way home after the game. The drive was really rotten. It was dark, rainy, windy and cold. Totally sucked. Made it back home around 3:30 a.m. and went to a party at my friend's house. rasdsm was there and wasted so I gave him a ride home.
Sunday I watched the Birds, went to the mall, went to bed.
Next weekend it's more of the same shit. I've got an 8:30 game at Plymouth MI Friday, then 8:30 Saturday at Grand Rapids and one in Cleveland on Sunday.
Driving sucks.

The Yards brewery is awesome...and its a free tour to boot. And they give you shitloads of beer to drink before hand...and afterhand, and double handed, etc. Its worth going, let me tell you....
