Hey kids...it's been awhile.
Just got back from the great state of Minnesota. The more I'm out there, the more I like it. Not that bad of a place. Went to a great German bar and drank five liters of beer and did a bunch of snuff. Some really drunk girl tried to stick her tongue down my throat. Luckily a girl I talked to earlier in the nite came to my rescue.
If anyone knows anything good to do in MN (or other SGers) let me know. I'm back out there in three weeks.
Good weekend hanging out with other refs. The games kinda sucked, but that's okay. Somehow I managed to get a standby ticket home at 12 instead of 4. Lucky me got home at 6 instead of 11. After I got off the plane, I went right to the North Star and saw The Toasters play a set. Broke a good sweat dancing. Drank a few more beers. Ate a killer chicken sandwich.
Oh, while I was away, Anna called me from Bob and Barbara's (a bar for those who don't know) while I was trying to get some sleep. She wanted me to talk to a kid who goes to Temple who wants to work for my paper. She blabbered about something, then put him on the phone, he blabbered and I told him to put Anna back on. When he stammered, I hung up. She called back saying to call her back. Any guess on the odds of me calling her back?
More bad stuff happened, but I'll save that for later. I'm a drag lately. Okay, time to do some more newspaper stuff. Catch ya all later.
