5-6 with 6 RKIs...One of my finer showings if I do say so myself. Arrgh...Me pirates done swabbed the deck with the Big Yellow Ones.

I had an absolute blast with the kickball kiddies tonight. My kudos to Gadget for her organizational talent and John for graciously hosting the afterparty. Can't wait for the rematch. So nice to finally place faces and voices with the names.

In other news, looks like things with Melissa and I are over with. She was shady about the whole kickball thing. Like I said before, she thinks every girl out there wants to jump my ugly bones. When she finally showed up to play tonight, she didn't. Then left early. Guess she was just babysitting me. I called her later to see what was up and she ended up going to the bar.

It's really disappointing cause I really wanted things to work out, but we're two totally different people. Argh. Fuck. Shitty aspect to an otherwise great night. As much as I wanted to meet everyone for myself, I wanted her to as well. She's always complaining how she needs to find her niche. Figured fun people would do the trick. Fuck me for tryin'!
