I just got off the phone is my friend Diane. I was sharing with her that I went on a date with this girl I have kind of being seeing for a couple of months now. During the date, I had a major panic attack. Since then I have kind of been freaking out about what may have triggered it. Is it the girl, the job, too little sleep, too much caffeine?
My friend pointed out that I have a tremendous fear of relationships. Life has been good dating different girls, not taking anything too serious. However, this girl is actually someone you could see yourself having a relationship with and it scares the shit out of you. Thus, the panic attack.
Fuck!! I love my friend DIane but I hate that she knows me so well. It may be time to check in with my therapist.
