Work is a pain in the ass when thinks don't work right and the owners/bosses are not there to fix stuff. If they are not going to come in they need to delegate more responsibility to everyone. Granted they have being doing a lit to improve the site and servers but shit is backed up. And keeps getting worse. Customers are getting pissed I'm running out of apologizes. I know I shouldn't take things personally because it is only a job but it is hard. Some people will probably not want to come back even-though we are normally pretty damn good at shipping orders and such. Everybody use to joke about the company but deep down were pretty proud of it. Right now I don't think a lot of employees are proud.

One more thing: International shipping and customs offices suck during Christmas.
