I haven't talked to them in several months because of other petty things they have done that I wanted no part of. I just need to give my parents support. Also, I've never been too attached to grandma. She always called children a horrible burden. She didn't even know I existed until I was three years old. We just thought that she had changed from her hateful ways, but apparently she's been hiding it.

It really sucks, but whatever to her. I can't stand for anyone to purposely try to hurt my family...

I would much rather spend my time loving my family. I would never consider my gorgeous nieces and handsome nephew to be burdons. They deserve nothing but love.

It's good to know that I can get advice from someone who has had a similar experience.

Families are usually great fun, especially the new babies. But there are usually parts of every family that you need to stay away from. We need to protect ourselves from the abusive family members. Never again will they have that power over our well-being. Never again!
