So they had an event in town, yesterday, to support ending violence against women. As the event was taking place, 2:00 in the afternoon, a woman was dragged behind a building downtown and raped. Here we are in a small , quiet, seaside beach resort, and there are still rapists and peeping toms and physical abusers and sexual abuser and wife beaters and women harrassers and women killers lurking in my town.

wow, that is reaallly crazy. I swear where do you go with this though. One of my friends was raped and had no idea until she got pictures in the mail of it!! I mean it is just insane. I would almost be afraid to be a woman in the real world today, it's ridiculous. Sorry, quick vent.
