So here are my picks for the Oscars:
Jack Nickelson In The Departed as best actor.
The young girl from Miss Sunshine, for best actress in a secondary role.
Al Gore's documentary.
Volver as the best foreign film.
Scorsese as the best director.
The queen from The QUEEN as best actress
Best feature length film, Little Miss Sunshine.
Alan Arkin for best actor in a secondary role.
Best visual special effects, Pan's Labyrinth.
Best song, Melissa Etheridge from AL Gore's movie.

The rest I don't care about too much. miao!!

I need to see Pan's Labyrinth a few more times...

I've been watching more movies over the past year, but not in theatres.

Jack was amazing in that flick. I think Peter O'Toole will prolly get the best actor or Forest Whitaker. You're right on about The Queen. Helen Mirren is awesome and a great person. Jennifer Hudson has it in the bag for the supporting actress and Alan Arkin will get it for Miss Sunshine for Best Supporting Actor. Anyway, movies suck for the most part. The Departed and Little Miss Sunshine were great this year but my fav was Pan's Labyrinth! That was amazing....
