I am a bit of a freak when i comes to travel I dont really like doing the relax by a pool, go shopping and see the "must see sites" so my tour would probably be a little different to most peoples! but here would be my jam packed itinerary
wake up in the beautiful hills of Sassafras in a warm little cottage, before the sunrises, pack a thermas of coffee/tea and hike along "the lookout" track, but rather going to the tourist spot
we would break way off the track path up to a small flat patch of grass ans set up camp. blankets would be rolled out, hot tea poured a smoke maybe and we would watch the sunrise over all the suburbs, farms and cities. I was shown this place by a Sassafrassian on a date and it is one of the best views Ive ever seen, i wish I had a photo of it. ill have to go back one day soon in warmer weather! and the sun has risen we will drive little further up the mountain to the main strip in Sassafras have "Ripes" infamous baguettes and a coffee takeaway and wander the streets

After our breaky baguettes and a wander we will climb back in the car and drive the beautiful mountains down towards where I grew up, we will stop at a beautiful small art gallery that is run b a lovely local and all the art show there is created by locals, we might take a wander down the main street near my house to one of my favourite cafes in the world, its fair trade and organic, creates beautiful Mediterranean/middle eastern food whilst catering to vegans, gluten frees, and such!!!!!!!!!
If your keen for a shop, in Victoria we will drive up to Chadstone where you can buy all the pretty thing in the world, whilst chcking off one of those "must o tourist traps" after that we will go to this beautiful little cafe run by a lovely Korean man (by himself) who make the best Korean and Japanese food ever, everythings fresh and beautiful and all of the customers know each other and it just feels like home there. Its small and friendly, and just warm and relaxed.

if your not into shopping,like me, Id take you to the beach, I love the beach, we would relax for a little while maybe build a castle cause im col like that if its cute im going in starkers just saying......because your afternoon is going to be jam packed we will go to ine have a quick shower put night cloths on but pack going out shoes and wear sensible shoes!!

This would follow quickly by a wander down some of my favourite streets, Degreaves St, Block Arcade, China Town, and then of course into hidden second hand little book shops that serve you a glass of wine, and smell of loved books!!

now we will either do one of two tourist traps, depending on yours style; one we can wander the botonical garden will the sun sets
or two we can watch the sun set out the front of luna park or even in it . After the sun sets we will head back into the city for dinoner to '"She Been" a cafe that makes delish fresh vender style food in funny playful environment and it donates all of its profits to developing countries! The have a band room so we might see someone play or we ill move on to bars I love

after we have drank our fill gotten lost we will get our drunken Souvalaki or Lord of the Fries and head down to southbank, southbank is just super pretty at night we will walk down the bridge and set up camp smoke a j and watch the sky.
