What goes on? Trixie and I are getting ready to move to a new and smaller apartment. We are trying to save money by paying less rent so we can move up to the northwest (probably like many other people).
California is a sinking ship, the unemployment level has risen to 11%! That means bad.
However, the Critical Theatre show that we did on Valentine's Day was absolutely phenomanal! It was Trixie's first time doing performance art and singing. Lots of interesting folk showed up and they seemed to have enjoyed themselves. The atmosphere was free flowing; it was more like a 'happening' than a regular 'show'. The giant teddy bear I found in a dumpster was a great prop.
Later a dj spun some great jungle and French pop music and we danced until 9:00am. We barely made any money but the thrills, feelings of tribal community and appreciation were the best payments.
