All is well man! I got an extra day off cause my sister decided to work the store today! It's very nice to be at home during the day!
A fuck friend might be comming over tonight also! Thats making my day very good!
AND fianly when I awoke this morning I jumped on the scale from hell and it says I lost 10 lbs! Alright...I'm in the butter zone now! I'm down to 360 lbs on the button...soaking wet!
My daily menu!
Viatmins morning and at supper time
Breakfast
1 cup vanilla soy millk
1 cup Raspberies (fiber)
1 cup All Bran
Lunch
1 skinless + boneless chicken breast (George Forman Grill at work)
3 hard boild eggs (cold cause I cooked in the morning)
Snack
3 more hard boild eggs
Supper
1 cup Chocolate soy milk
1 skinless + boneless chicken breast
1 cup oriental mixed vegies
1 cup green peas (fiber)
and sometimes
100 grams of Shrimp
All but soy millk mixed in a stir fry with no spices
Keeps me eating all day, high in fiber and protein, and keeps the carbs and salt low. Now I just have to exercise more regularly! If I could do cardio for just 10 mins every day till I get in better shape that would be great! I wanted to go on a low carb diet but it's hard to keep my salt intake down also. So I will try this for a time...looks to be working so far!
