in other news, i just took myself out for a really awesome dinner including such yummy items as :
- a brown rice bowl with chickpea coconut curry and steamed kale and bok choy
- a soy milk latte
- a peice of banana bread with vegan chocolate chips




im skipping yoga tonight in favour of catching up on my readings for this week. i'll just OM twice as loud tomorrow and thursday
