i've started going to yoga again on a regular basis... my whole self hurts right now.. hehe.

And yo're a stronger woman than I to do yoga. It's partly because I'm lazy, but also anything that tries to instill inner peace makes me wanna kill things. It's horrible. No meditation for me, that's for sure.....it's scary......shudders.
