Shitty email forwards are one of the banes of my existence. I have enough trouble keeping unsolicited mail out of my inbox from people I don't know, never mind people I do. Often I will reply to all demanding my removal from their fucking distribution lists. Not only is it spam, but people's email addresses can later be harvested from the mails and plugged into yet more spam networks.
I have a particular hatred of those hoax forwards that people can't be arsed to take the time out to google to see it's bullshit.
