Edit-I knew there was something else. We lost my wee puppy 2 weeks ago, she was beautiful and we miss her heaps.
It was just plain old age really, she was 16. :(

That's sad. My ex and I took our 15 year old Dalmatian to the vet yesterday and had to have her put down. She was given a sedative first and then we and our 8 year old Dalmatian said "good bye." And somehow life goes on.
