Operation stretchy tongue is go!!! I have gone up to a 2.4 and two days later its very comfortable. Im not sure what the end point of this project is but im thinking maybe a 5mm or maybe up to 10. I definitely won't go over 10. (if this sounds familiar its because its what i said about my ears)

That said, you should try Saints Row 2. It's a bit like GTA only 5 times more ridiculous. You can do drive-bys on a bike with a sword!
