Hey hey, I haven't written in my blog for ages, I've been busy I suppose.
I got a job at the Glasgow Science Centre which is exciting, I start monday, from everyone I've spoken to it seems like a fun place to work with plenty of opportunity for developing my skills (and probably discount Imax tickets). Strangely enough I have also been granted an interview for a management traineeship at soul trader, I interviewed informally for it weeks and weeks ago so had pretty much given up on it. Im not sure what to do really, when I interviewed for it I was really interested but it seems a lot more closed than the science centre, it would teach me retail management, a good skill to have but the science centre has lots of different branches and seems to actively encourage in house promotion where appropriate. Its also somewhat related to my degree in that its cultural and in that I get to play with light at certain points. Hmm, its a conundrum, of course, being interviewed for soul trader does not by any means mean I'd get the job but if I got offered it and in the mean time started at the science centre and liked it I'd have lead the guy at soul trader a merry dance which is not really what I want to do.
Speaking of my degree it looks like I've passed it! Im just waiting on results from two electives but I am feeling quite confident in the quality of them, I got the results from everything else back. Passed it all and got a really rather good mark for the dissertation! Woo!
I have minging flu right now, I'm meant to be starting an advanced photoshop course tonight (I just feel my knowledge could be improved plus, Jo Malone are paying for it as part of my redundancy package). Im really hoping I can go but I suppose if I can't I'll just join the class next week and play catch up.
Let me find you a random pic to finish with

see you at the big meet (health depending)
edit to add- I took my sets down, they don't really represent who I am anymore, they don't even accurately represent my body, from a practical point of view, at the science centre I'll be working with and around kids, I think a lot of parents would rather that the lady showing their kids the science didn't also have her boobs on the internet. I may shoot another set at some point but atm it isn't really for me.
double edit to add, this is what I did today with my flu brain:
