Well, London was great fun as usual. I brought this old camera with me which someone gifted me and which im still trying to get used to. I love this pic of KellyMonster

and the joy of an illicitly obtained atlas:

Ive got a few more which need to be rotated or cropped but you get the general idea biggrin. Other than that I got new hair, they're putting some other colour in it too on sunday (it was free so I pretty much am at the mercy of the stylist biggrin)
(yep, im a big poser)

My wee sister finally came back from canada, huzzah!! and, erm, im supposed to be working at the moment, so I'd best get to it. It was brilliant seeing everyone and meeting the people i havent met before.
xx

oh, I knew what I meant to ask about, what are people's opinions on Emla cream (its a numbing cream used for tattooing) Im booked in to get tattooed at tribe in about a week and im still a bit torn, I understand that im not allowed to take oral painkillers because they thin the blood (I was told that they wont help as they don't work on the sort of top of the skin but I take them before i get my hair bleached and i definitely get less pain in my scalp. but maybe its different) but im not totally sure I want a painkiller at all. Its not that im not keen on pain, I dont really mind its just that im not good at holding still while in pain, I tend to wriggle and what with it being a permanent addition to my body I'd rather it didn't have the marks of my wriggliness forever. Im looking into meditation and self hypnosis techniques but most of them include regulating the breathing and im getting tattooed on my chest so breathing deeply is going to again cause movement. The problem is you cant get part way through then decide you want it because it goes on then takes an hour to take effect. Anyway, advice? experiences?

Hello dear. Loving your new hair! That's what I've always wanted but I don't think I could pull it off. Really suits you though - very nice smile
