Yay! Manchester tomorrow, I still don't have an alterego planned but I do have two different kinds of moustache, so I won't be totally costumeless.
This week I've been at home in Glasgow and basically hanging out with my baby sister, we went to the Kelvingrove museum and gallery (which is one of my favourite things about Glasgow-insert long rant about free galleries and how awesome they are and how culture should be accessible, a subject im super passionate about.- ):

And we played with all the things they put in there to amuse children, this was our favourite, its a sort of metal frame that you have to stretch string around, it also spins, elspeth (architecture student) built it and I, of course took some long exposures:

We stalked a boy who elspeth fancied for a bit, sadly no pics as I think that would have alerted him to our presence. (and its so easy to move from cutely giggling from behind a stuffed elephant to restraining order when the telephoto lens comes out of the bag) We also had an awesome lunch, if you're ever there the cafe is really good and a long argument about whether or not I should buy an inflatable Dalek inspired by the Dr Who exhibition that is opening soon there (which Im going to in the gap between 'opening weekend busy' and 'summer holidays busy'), I was winning so well until E said that a Dalek that can be defeated (deflated?) by a pin is a bit of a fail as far as Daleks go. I know shes probably right but I still sort of want it.
Elspeth is also being my muse this week (ok, ok, reluctant model then) and I've taken lots of shots of her for uni, my favourite however, Is probably this one:

Its not for uni, oddly enough but its still a freaking good representation of elspeth. Im not sure what shes dressed as but shes dressed for work on red nose day.
Can't wait for tomorrow right now
, laters.
