well, its been an odd couple of weeks, I turned 23 which was, after initial scariness really quite fun, went out partying with my sisters and my best friend is coming to se me on friday for the taking me out for drinks and the showering me with presents part of the proceedings. As a present to self (and to try to make dissertation writing bearable) I bought myself a MacBook today, it seems internet and bed were made for each other. the only worry is it has built in webcam and its just a matter of time till drunken webcam happens. Im just going to say sorry for that now then.
I've started to really miss glasgow, not so much the people because after 4 years I have friends here too but the general buzz of the place, the nightlife, the shopping etc. Once I graduate I may come back for a couple of years.
Not a whole lot else is really new, im planning a trip to canada (toronto I think) next year because my sisters doing a semester there and it seems the perfect excuse to go. Oooh, and im now doing the pics for the events we hold at the store where I work, its quite fun and since i havent a clue what I want to do with the degree when I get it it cant do any harm to get my name known as a good creative type/picture monkey in the company.
