I haven't updated in some time, mainly because I've been a bit depressed lately and its hard for me to know what to say, I think its partly my own fault too, I've been going out and getting drunk too much, spending too much time hungover and confused. I have lots of new friends, and thats great, but I think I need to rein it in a little. I dont want to burn myself out, right?
I was actually during one of those long hungover days that the whole nana thing kicked off, I've decided not to leave over it, mainly because there are too many nice people on the site to be running away over one set (especially because I only view about one in four sets if that.) Plus, I have a free membership till like February, so I'll see how I feel then.
In other news I started my new job this weekend, Its a lot of fun, I've been learning all about the different fragrances I have to sell and stuff and have also learned how to give complimentary hand and arm massages (which means I have to touch actual customers now, la scary.) I've also learned how to tie pretty little bows on things. Woo!
Anyway, I have work to do, I have to write an essay for the 29th, 1500 words on one of the following topics: 1) Discuss the difference between 'art' and 'the arts'.
2) Do all works of art have meaning?
3) Define 'creativity'.
Ick. anyway, it wont go away just because I think its stupid so I'd better make some coffee and start.
Just to finish on a pretty (if possibly a little out of focus) note:
Heres another picture from our trip to Inverary last week, its up on loch fyne which is past loch lomond and loch long and is apperently well known for its seafood.
