im so sick of this whole 'are runway models too skinny?' issue. Hello!? not an isue at all. they are not hired as a role model. they are hired to make clothes look good. I dont want to photograph someone who is healthy. I want to photograph someone who is right for the job I am doing.
am i a little grumpy today, oh, just a bit. and PS. who gives a flying fuck if britney has lopped off all her hair. women do this sort of thing all the time. have a breakup, have a breakdown, do something stupid. big fucking deal. the rest of us arent rich enough to finance sitting on our arses while we do this so try to hold down a real life while falling appart.
anyway, yes. there are very few jobs where 'role model' is anywhere near part of the job description (possibly teaching.) but model certianally isnt one of them and for the fashion industry to suddenly pretend to give a fuck about this is a super hypocritical and , hello, super late PR effort.
in other news im at a sort of square one again with tattoo design. my sister totally rejected the idea of me getting her name as part of a tatt. so, now, i sort of know what i want it to look like but my pencil wont behave when I try to draw it out. Its kind of weird the amount of time i am giving this issue. when i was younger i'd freely take a chunk out of myself with little to no consideration for the long term aesthetics but now im trying to design a tattoo it has to be perfect or nuffin.
anyway, i shall try to be a bit more possitive and less grumpy when i next post. and i might have a couple of shots from my set by then to show you. (cherry has them but they wouldn't be priority now cuz of being rejected so i dont know when i'll get them)
x
btw did anyone else jeremy clarkson say 'socialist women do it better' on top gear last night. Dang right we do!

i just bought these on ebay as a cheap lot. two cameras and two, things i will need to identify when they arrive.

kintoun:
I'm having trouble with inspiration for my next tattoo as well, mostly because I can't draw at all. I heard JC's comment, made me give up any ambition I ever had to drive a 4x4.
