hello, its nearly winter, im in my parents house, curled up in my fleecy dressing gown and clearly hiding. i will have to venture out soon. yuck. but right now im looking out at the swans learning to fly. i watch them every winter, they pure run up and down on the water and then they take off, presumably they sometimes crash but ive never seen it. and the parent swans just sit there looking a bit bored. later i may take pictures and post them, shit, i dont have a digital with me, so maybe i wont.
i just went back to uni, it looks a lot like work. I have to do several projects and essays but im feeling really up for it and terrified at the same time. i really dont want to crash and burn.
Ooh! exciting thing, im going to africa for christmas. my wee sister is out there, doing, something with orphans. and my parents really wanted to go so theyre also bringing me which is super exciting, ive never been out of europe before so i really just cant wait. that and i really miss my sister, we've never been appart for very long before so its kind of weird her not being around when i come home.
Other than that my SG ambitions are moving ahead slowly but surely, i need to drop cherry an email to set up a shoot and settle on a theme, i mean, i have some themes but theres that wee voice at the back of my head sort of yelling 'these are all Lame!!' which doesnt help. Im also designing a tattoo, Again. i changed my mind on my old idea. i now want the beautiful chi from chobits up my back. it will be much bigger than ive ever thought of going before but im quite excited. i dont think this will happen for a bit due to the old lack of funds but still, im excited. I also got a couple of new piercings but this isnt news as i do this all the time, Oh, news monkey tho, shirley who used to pierce at urban is coming to work at bizarre ink. i like her, shes very friendly and informative. of course, im currently living like, next door to tribe and i have a bit of a batte not going in there all the time. i know its not good to be healing more than 2 at once but stilllll.
I also bought another camera, its a vintage kodak duaflex II, im currently looking for a pic to show you. it was like a tenner in a junk store and its so pretty
and i can actually use it since one can adapt 120 film for it. it was pretty weird tho, i brought it home and my dad was like 'my first camera was one of those' which, to us soppy old gets, is quite nice really. also means he can teach me to use it.
anyway, stuff to do and all.

Only really been to Cairo but I have a trip to Kenya in the back of my mind.
I am proud of your sister as well, I do fundraising for charities in various Eastern European countries which really makes me very very happy.
