I try to just like things regardless of whether or not other people enjoy those same things.

Like, I have no problem liking Huey Lewis and the News because everyone hates them.
It's just very hard to listen to the Alkaline Trio sometimes when you see half retarded 19 year olds quoting their lyrics.
It is sometimes hard to enjoy Monty Python when I think of all those goofy ass art kids that take themselves way too seriously making references to Holy Grail or whatever.
I can't even mention certain Japanese movies anymore without having to stomache some jerk off's opinion about them.
