I had a wonderful weekend visiting my gransparents and getting to see my girlfriend's hometown on the banks of the Ohio River. It was definitely a real, downhome taste of good ol' fashioned Americana.
Tomorrow I'm headed puppy shopping to check out the last remaining Airedale puppy of a litter born on my girlfriend's birthday. I'm a bit skeptical, but it's not for me. Any suggestions about dog breeds or methods of persuasion. I suppose that every dog needs a home and I shouldn't judge until I get a chance to check it out for myself. Maybe I'll send a few pictures if I get a chance.
