Getting over a five year relationship is so hard, and goes through so many moods. When it began it was I filled with so much pain, then being stunned. I knew there was no way, it could be over. Then the denial, talking to her letting her tell me, she's coming back then she wasnt. Feeling so alone, like the world doesn't know anything but disgust for you. Thinking you cant do it anymore. Bouncing back from happy and over it, to all you want is her back.

If you're as lucky as I am, you have at least one real friend, who knows your hurt even if you havent heard from them in years, and calls you. And is there for you, and reminds you how strong you are. Friends can remind you of your beliefs and put you at peace. Even though you walk the path solo, you are not alone.

It took alot for the first step, but now I walk the path, and yeah I walk the path by myself, but how else should you walk it. You cant sit there waiting for the path to shorten, the faster you take the step, the faster you get it done.
