@TURNET6 that’s not 100% true as some hopefuls do get SOTD with non staff however it does seem it can be a bit tougher. Main reason being is staff knows what the site is looking for. But if you observe enough you’ll pick up an idea of what that is, as there’s plenty of nonstaff who have tons of SOTD! However, whether a set gets bought or not the first time it still is great exposure to gain a following for future sets. (Giving more chance they will get SOTD) & you’re never promising a SOTD by simply shooting a set so it isn’t false hope if you make it clear it’s work for both of you to get it to SOTD and isn’t as easy as just submitting. Non staff photographers typically have rates that differ between Hopefuls & SG’s to compensate themselves in case the set doesn’t get bought. There’s not even a sure chance an SG set will get bought of course lol. Doesn’t matter who you are shooting, there still has to be work on both ends to get it SOTD so you should shoot whoever you feel comfortable!

Thank you, I really do appreciate the info. I got the membership to study how things are done/prefered after I got the photographer and model packages. But as you all know experience, and trial and error, seems to be the key to success when it comes to modeling and photography. I'll definitely be saying yes and submitting some sets. Thanks again
People often see my photos and think I put models at risk, but the true is, safety is my number one concern. When I work with lyras or aerial silks. I generally have a crash pad underneath my clients. All it takes is a slip. I usually edit out the crash pad, but I left it in for once for people can see what safety...
