I got offered a job in Afghanistan this week. Had to turn it down today, but they're going to keep me on their hold list until October. The money was pretty amazing. It would allow me to do all the things I've been wanting to do for the last 4 years.
I want to get over there pretty bad, but I have to wait 2 months for the timing to be right. If I leave the company I am with now before October I will have to pay them back all of my travel costs and moving costs.
I did some pretty deep thinking this week and gave myself quite the headache over this whole situation. I just hope a job will be available in two months.
