Friday heading back from the Bobby Conn show in the city I was pulled over for not immediatly turning on my lights. Being seriously tired and having only drunk two beers in a 6 hour time frame I assumed Id be on my way but alsas the cuffs were slapped on and I was arrested for the 1st time in my life for a Dui the breath meter gauged at .09 above the legal limit. If anyone has any sage advice in fighting this let me know

.9 Can be fought and will usually not hold up in court. The breathalyzer meter has a .1 range of error. Get in touch with a lawyer.
