Awaitin Craigs return from tour so we can start workin on new material "havent released a cd in 10 or so years (lazy)". Deerhoof gave up their practice space so we now gots a space down the street with No Doctors. Been ready for a big move at work, their getting into some crazy space age office space in the Sega building in S.f. and im suddenly workin more hours and playing boss man. Saw Superman and despite the effects was quite disappointed and bored. I couldnt care less about the laborious sappy love story sub plot which seemed to take presidence over the action..yawn..Scanner darkley is my next theatre trip "literaly". my friend's band is not on tour. they just play in the cleveland area. in fact they haven't even put their album yet after it being in the works for over 8 years. they've cut some demos and made a name for themselves in the area but the lead singer is a perfectionist and so the album is never done...which of course is not good for business
that warehouse sounds awesome.
