Today I rushed outta work for a practice with our new bassist Ian. 2 and a half hours into it he remarked how our arrangement make no sense. I think he's getting the flow. Too many years of eating paper and drinking coffee and beer has not only fucked my stomich and led to sleep deprivation but has created a perminent disarmed state of timing that will keep us 6 feet bellow the underground forever..and im cool wit dat....

Yea, switching off is the main problem, I just can't but this whole sleep deprivation is really starting to DESTROY MY LIFE!!!! I was telling this woman in work what it was like and she just couldn't comprehend what I was saying, like insomnia is alien to her... she just couldn't imagine. Whats REFI? your job sounds soooooo much better than mine. People probably hate you more coz your selling stuff? Do you have like a sexy voice to convince people the must talk to you? Do people ask you out alot? guys are always asking me out, a random girl doing a survey about their cars, just being nice to get a survey and they think they have met the woman of they're dreams. Does your Kenny Rogers t-shirt smell bad? I'm afraid I will never be able to escape the fact you are wearing Kenny Rogers on your chest, its amazing...

Id send ya a spore but im not quite sure how well it'd make it. Concerning refi-ing people. People refi their homes to either lower their current home loan percentage rate or get cash out when their equity goes up..I guess this doesnt apply in Ireland. I understand my voice is one of my best traits...18 or so years ago I killed my Brooklyn Ny accent for what I have now. Its deeper. The Kenny Rogers shirt (even thu I picked it up at a thrift shop) does not smell bad I wash it whenever its dirty. I believe yer thinking about the jovan musk oil tour thing on the back. This was a purid cologne in the 70s/80s and wasnt directly douced in the shit. Take care and sleep dammit-Robert
